Role – Nice support engineer – Senior
Years of experience – 5 to 8
Responsibility:
· Understanding of Firmware/Middleware/system applications, for enterprise
· Nice Call Recording and Analytic Solutions including; Nice Call Recording,
· Nice Analytics and Fraud, Mattersight, and PinDrop Fraud Analytics.
· Leads efforts to maintain, restore or improve service and determines when vendor maintenance support is needed.
· Participates in support and/or MACD (Move, Add, Change, Delete) projects associated with implementation of upgrades, installations, modifications, customizations and/or testing related to THR vulnerabilities.
· Knowledge and understanding of desktop, PCs, laptops and telecommunications technology
