Mandatory Skills : Oracle DBA’s with Golden Gate and MongoDB combination and someone one who has shell scripting experience

Job Summary :

Managing and participating in the analysis and planning of changes introduced by product design groups along.
Responsible for creating database migration scripts for product enhancements or product upgrade releases.
Responsible for reviewing SQLs generated by Hibernate tool and tuning SQLs while product load/ performance testing.
Interfaces with engineering and IT delivery teams on solution implementation including platform delivery and align with enterprise Database admin teams.
Understanding of ITIL best practices working with and processing change request documentation • Responsible for database engineering aspects of IT projects in a client server environment including Active/Passive, Active/Active data guard/golden gate environments.
Prepare appropriate associated documentation and internal training for transition to Support.
Developing SQL /Shell scripts for database monitoring and tuning.
Developing PL/SQL packages to automate partition creation and purging large transactional tables.
Implementing transparent data encryption and moving data to secured tablespaces/data files. • Working closely with development team in developing data extract procedures/functions and complex SQL queries for report generation. • Support configuration management team for product upgrades and application deployments/ batch job configuration and automation.
Troubleshooting database performance issues and optimizing database parameters to support the product and enterprise database admin teams.
Installing/maintaining mongodb software on Linux cloud environments and configuring multi node replication.
Understanding Golden gate replication setup and support the active/active golden gate and data guard implementations.
Working closely with Development, QA, Product Management, and external IT teams to make sure the database changes made effectively and minimize the production database down time.
