Job Description:
Technology SME for Cisco''s Analytics platform
Architect, implement, test and deliver software and tools to improve the resiliency and availability, scalability, and efficiency of services
agent deployment to server endpoints (Windows, virtual and physical)
Troubleshoot and solve the many and varied problems related to keeping the services running reliably.
Design and implement tools and infrastructure software to enable the team to ensure feature quality and reliability
Advise internal engineers and external customers on methods of NetFlow information and essential communications to integrate
Job Qualifications:
5+ years of Microsoft Windows Server administrator experience
5+ years of information security experience Experience using Cisco''s Analytics platform Scripting language experience
Knowledge and understanding of network infrastructure systems (routing, switching, load balancing, or Firewalls) and Internet technologies
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Management or equivalent work experience.
Certifications such as security, networking, Microsoft are recommended.
Ability to effectively communicate and work with technical and non-technical resources at all levels of the organization.
Self-directed, work with minimal guidance
