Job Description :
CISCO CCNA qualifications or higher preferred ?Experience in a data networking support role, preferably within a financial services company. ?
Candidate will need to be prepared to be flexible in approach to work content and responsibilities, along with out of hours and on call support. ?
Must be a self starter and able to work with a minimum of supervision.
?Ideal candidate should have a good understanding of ITIL problem and change management practices, working to defined service level agreements.
?It is vital that you can communicate with both business customers and technicians effectively. ?Experience of working with network and Firewall technologies. ?Competent in troubleshooting and helping to remediate moderately complex technical issues. ?
Ability to operate as part of an expanding Global Team. ?
Strong customer service skills. ?Good organisation and communication skills. ?
Able to cope with demanding schedules and tight deadlines. ?
Conscientious, able to communicate well at all levels, and have a positive and enthusiastic attitude. ?Communicate with and describe work details and relevant technical matters to colleagues and management. ?

?Knowledge of fault finding process/techniques. ?Participate in design discussions and author design notes following Cisco best practices. ?Ability to assist in mentoring and develop team members ?
