Role: Network Voice Lead
Location: Wilmington, DE
Long term contract

JD
8 to 10 Years of overall experience in Network Voice domain
Deep understanding of VOIP , deployment with the help of Vendors
Knowledge of Quality of Services on LAN, WAN and SIP Circuits
Should have Architecture, Implementation and support knowledge on leading platforms like Avaya, Cisco, Polycom
Knowledge of Cisco Call Manager , and Call Manager Express
Good understand of TDM PBX, should able to coordinate with Vendors
SLA management for Service Requests and Incidents on Voice Infrastructure.
Operation Support
Providing L3 Support for Voice Infrastructure at customer sites.
Telephony
Supporting Moves Adds and changes at customer remote sites
Working with Service providers for provisioning/decommissioning of toll free numbers and tracking them appropriately
IVR, A/V Room and Webcasting
Supporting customer existing IVR setup.
Fine tuning the existing IVR to make it work efficiently.
Involve in Design and development of new call flows as per customer requirement.
Provide support on Conference rooms and AV room equipment at Onsite location
Provide support on setting up Webcasting as per customer schedules
Skype for Business:
Implementation of Skype Unified communications platform
Migration of Voice Infrastructure at remote sites - TDM Voice Infrastructure to Skype Unified Communications platform
Collaboration with ATT on SIP Circuits and DID activations
Collaborate with multiple internal teams for accommodating changes that are required on network/AD/DNS environments
Moves Adds and changes of Skype Phones
