Job Description :
Extensive hand on experience in managing Alcatel Lucent PBX / Alcatel OXE/A4400
PBX, PBX CPU/CS, PBX Media Gateway, PBX Passive Call Server, PBX Virtual, IP
Phones: Alcatel Lucent Enterprise 4xxx, Alcatel Lucent Enterprise 4068, Alcatel
Lucent Enterprise, IP Touch 40xx and 80xx models, Polycom etc in complex multisite environment.
Extensive hands on experience in engineering, implementation, troubleshooting
resiliency, call load balancing, creation of complex dial plans, call routing and trunk engineering is strongly preferred.
Reactively and proactively diagnoses and independently resolves common and some moderately complex, integrated customer issues for implementation, add-on, maintenance and support of voice applications.
Utilizes approved Alcatel Lucent PBX system, Alcatel OmniVista NMS tools/processes to track and document problem requests, resolutions, installations, changes, maintenance and repair work from inception to completion.
Should have experience in Transitioning of new project from incumbent .
Proficient in handling and troubleshooting: SIP, SBC, H323, H264 protocols.
Configuration of E1/T1 and understanding of related protocols (ISDN & SIP
Good knowledge of VoIP environments and IP/PSTN integrations.
LOGS analysis of major incidents and TAC followup where required.
Ability to carefully plan and co-ordinate work per demanding time schedule
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to operate in a multi-cultural and cross-functional organization.
Service oriented, customer focused, and can resolve complex - problems through a Ability to coach and mentor peers and subordinates.
Excellent problem solving skills are necessary.
Flexibility in terms of working hours (24X7 environment ), on call support activities.
