Job Description :

Note : Only for US Citizen, GC and TN candidates.

Requried 5+ years of experience in Network Operations, Engineering, IT operations, and technical product/program management of VoIP and/or Mobility services.
Must have strong background in networking protocols, design, and principles of data and packet based networks.
Strong organizational skills requried, be action oriented, results driven, and work with minimal direction . Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are critical in this role.

Requires knowledge/experience of IP networking (v4 and v6), SNMP, IP networking protocols, Open Stack, Python, Yang,NATing, ACLs, SSL/TLS, SIP,VLANs and Routing protocols in the troubleshooting and support realms.
Strong Tier 4 problem and troubleshooting/diagnosis and resolution experience.
Extensive knowledge/experience with various protocols/architectures (Python, OpenStack, SNMP) wrt implementation, interworking, troubleshooting, and support
Unix Skills and Experience with gathering, analyzing, and troubleshooting complex network
Experience with OpenStack (Nova, Swift, Glance, Keystone, Neutron)
Experience with configuration management and related tools.
Strong communications skills, good project management and record keeping skills are required
Knowledge of quality/bug tracking systems (i.e. Quality Center, TMATS) and testing processes
