Job Description :
Must have:1.
Primary expertise in software and hardware infrastructure services (desktop support experience
2. Basic understanding software QA domain.
Min 3+ years of overall experience with Software and Hardware Infrastructure support.
Knowledge of Software and Hardware system functionalities.
Sound knowledge of operating systems such as Windows 7/10, MAC – Group Policies, driver related, security updates, etc.
o Working experience in Software system security – policies, encryption, backup/restore.
o Working experience with the hardware system/components.
