3 – 5 years engineers are enough ( Tier 2 Preffered )
Primarily they do IPT Install Move Add Changes (IMACs) of IPT Components (phone system, Voicemail system and contact center
Setup the phones – physical setup, Manage the profiles , Delete the voicemails, maintaining the Extension List.
Also perform configuration of Remote Office Phones.
