Job Description :
SCOPE OF SERVICES:
Monitor Network Performance
Troubleshoot and Resolve Network Incidents
Implement new configurations and changes to existing configurations
Complete technical tasks associated to network projects
Handle incoming service requests
Plan, raise and implement network changes
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
At least 8 years of experience as a Network Support Engineer
Must be available to work any assigned schedule, 24x7
Must be able to work at either location: Brooklyn or Bronx.
Experience with Interworking, Routing and Switching.
Experience with BGP, OSPF and EIGRP Routing Protocols.
Experience with Cisco Nexus 7k, 5k and 3k Switches and Cisco ASR Routers.
Operational and Network Support related skills and experience, including network troubleshooting and problem resolution.
DESIREABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Experience with any of the following technologies or hardware:
F5 Load Balancers
Experience with SIP Trunking
Oracle Acme Packet Session Border Controllers and Voice Gateways
Spectracom NTP Server
Cisco CUCM and/or UCCX
Optical WAN Services
BMC Remedy
NetCool
NetScout
BNA
VoIP
