5+ years of proven hands-on network engineering experience
Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g. HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS)
Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model
Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
Ability to work on an on-call rotation
Hands on experience with Cisco Identity Service Engine (ISE), routers, Nexus 5k’s 3750’s
Knowledge of OPNET, F5 Load Balancers, HP Network Node Manager I (HP NNMI), HP Network Automation, Aruba Wireless controllers and access points.
Knowledge of IPSEC and MPLS encryption
Experience with audit procedures a PLUS
