Duration: 6 months
Behavioral Skills:
Strong customer interfacing skills and coordination skills. Prefer to have supported clients in a 24x 7 model with onsite offshore coordination. Candidate must have strong customer relationship skills and interpersonal skills in working with cross-functional team members and clients.
Technical Skills:
Candidate must have ~10 years’ experience in implementation and troubleshooting for a global network. CCNP/CCDP and ITIL Foundation Certification is desired. Level 3 network support engineer with exposure to the following areas,
In depth knowledge of troubleshooting network issues with various routing and switching issues.
Fully Fluent with Cisco Routers, Switches, Gateways and the Cisco IOS including exposure to ACI
Switching knowledge, Spanning Tree Protocol. VLANS and Inter-VLAN routing, Very good wireless and LAN management skills including Cisco 4/6/9K switches.
Good knowledge in BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS and site-to-site IPSEC tunnels & ISDN
Knowledge of QOS, & COS
Knowledge of VoIP
Experience with of PAT, NAT and related technologies
Must be able to write varying types of change-related configuration scripts with validation steps to ensure network functionality
Must be able to analyze sniffer reports, and be able to design and implement end to end solutions
Network Automation exposure using Ansible etc
