Job Description:
Team may be required to support 24X7.
Support Moves / Adds / Changes / Disconnects.
Perform troubleshooting on hardware, IPSEC, LAN/WAN network and security issues.
Site Surveys - ensure new sites have adequate power, cabinet and rack space, cabling requirements. Possible demarc extension as appropriate.
Responsible for ensuring that the environment complies with the customer corporate information security requirements.
Protocol analysis using in-depth knowledge of protocols like TCP/IP, IPX, SNA, H323, SIP, SNMP, BGP, etc.
Experience in routing and switching, VoIP, network security, Wi-Fi and Wireless WAN, IP services.
Required to design, implement and support all technologies related to data center migration and transformation
Coordinates and oversees technical activities with vendors, customer on-site support, telco providers, etc.
Systems documentation using Visio and MS Project.
