Mandatory Skill/Expertise

BA/BS Degree or equivalent, in a technology related field or other degree preferred
5+ years IT experience IT customer support function
5+ years’ experience in server support function
Ability to conduct complex technical investigations through advanced research techniques and analysis to solve and IT problem.
Strong knowledge of windows server 2012 R2 and up
Strong knowledge of Windows Active Directory
Ability to pay close attention to detail while performing technically challenging tasks
Ability to deal effectively with stressful situations
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment
Proficient problem solver who is able to manage ambiguity and deliver appropriate solutions. This person is visible and readily available to help resolve any complex issues (project, service support, changes etc.

Desirable Skill/Expertise

Strong interpersonal skills including phone manners, written and oral communications and client-care.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work on a team or independently as needed
Fast and enthusiastic learner
Dynamic and enthusiastic personality who has ‘Can do, Will do’ attitude

Ability to conduct research into server related issues and products as required
