Job Duties
· Configures, tests, and maintains LAN/WAN equipment and related services.
· Manages and/or performs network maintenance, upgrades, and configurations.
· Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves network problems.
· Assists with the design and selection of future platforms, addressing cross-technology and cross-platform issues.
· Manages customer expectations and ensures prompt and complete customer service.
· Provides guidance and training to departmental staff.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
5 years of relevant experience
Preferred
· 5+ years of networking experience
· Thorough understanding of Cisco wireless infrastructure
· CCNA\CCNP
· Cisco route\switch troubleshooting
· Experience with Metro Ethernet and site to site VPN
· Basic understanding of ITSM and ability to document activities
· Cisco ASA\Palo Alto configuration
