Job Description :
At Least 4 Years of Experience in Unified Communication Domain with Cisco Technology & Enterprise Voice
Extensive Knowledge and Experience on Complete Design and Deployment of CUCM, AC (Attendant Console), Gateways (CUBES and Voice Gateways) , Expressway Telepresence Network and SIP Trunks
Expertise in troubleshooting end-to-end business critical issues which include network services
Good knowledge and experience in ITIL process
