Note: CCNA Certification is BIG PLUS and Interview on CCNA level and real time experience – YELLOW HIGH LIGHTED
Job Duties:
Configures, tests, and maintains LAN/WAN equipment and related services.
Manages and/or performs network maintenance, upgrades, and configurations.
Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves network problems.
Assists with the design and selection of future platforms, addressing cross-technology and cross-platform issues.
Manages customer expectations and ensures prompt and complete customer service.
Provides guidance and training to departmental staff.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
5 years of relevant experience
Preferred
5+ years of networking experience
Thorough understanding of Cisco wireless infrastructure
CCNA\CCNP
Cisco route\switch troubleshooting
Experience with Metro Ethernet and site to site VPN
Basic understanding of ITSM and ability to document activities
Cisco ASA\Palo Alto configuration
