Job Description:
The Network Support Group is responsible for architecture, design, installation and support of all GADOT networks. GADOT networks typically include hardware and software from multiple vendors such as F5, Cisco, Juniper, Sierra Wireless, and Sixnet.
The current network architecture consists of multiple regions peered with eBGP, typically with single area OSPF internally. Routing policy is configured with a combination of aggregation, route leaking, and BGP communities.
Typical duties for this role are as follows:
Implementing IETF Best Current Practices when appropriate (e.g. BCP38)
Establishing operational processes and procedures for networking
Implementing high-availability networks
Ensuring that networking Service Level Agreements are consistently met
Recommending enhancements
Documentation
Troubleshooting
Extensive knowledge with Cisco routers and switches, specifically Cisco Nexus line, 3750, 3560 switches; Cisco 3800, 2900, 1900 and 1800 routers and AS5500 security appliances in an enterprise environment
Tier 2/3 support
Required Technology Experience
Experience using dynamic routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF.
Preferred Technologies:
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in any of the following:

MPLS
Python
Ansible
IPSEC
DMVPN
VoIP
Multicast
VRF
Inter-Domain Routing
Background Verification (Suppliers shall use Info Cubic (IC) for background verifications
