Job Description :
For existing environment, mostly Cisco, with Citrix application load balancing, Riverbed WAN optimization, Cisco wireless.
Plans, designs, and implements network systems, including configurations, supporting/troubleshooting network problems and coordinating with vendors for installation, troubleshooting, and support. Performs complex technical analysis of software, hardware, and network systems, systems integration for LAN/WAN communications, network nodes, switches, and various transmission systems.
Conducts analysis, prepares reports, and works on project implementation.
Performs network changes based on defined business requirements.
Designs secure network solutions that maximize the sharing of applications, information, and resources across the company.
Coordinates with multiple vendors/departments to procure network-related hardware, software, and services.
Investigates and resolves problems, inefficiencies, and performance issues.
Researches emerging network technologies and makes recommendations based on future business needs.
Schedules and coordinates installation and maintenance of standard software/hardware on the network and ensures compatibility of all communications and computer hardware/software.
Provides ongoing information to leadership, customers, and peers regarding health of the environment, enhancements, innovations and secure network solutions
