Job Description :
Provide routine support of all Procurement applications, solving user tickets at the second level (technical analysis, advanced knowledge of data inter-dependencies, possibly debugging in test systems, etc) and taking on specific new applications that have been developed and supporting the implementation in various markets in North America. Some limited travel may be required.


Primary Responsibilities: % of Time
Support break-fix of the remote locations, escalations from the site 70
Deployment of new infrastructure – switches supporting lifecycle 30

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: Provide support to break-fix support to remote locations, working with Plant IT contacts and end users

Education:
Post – secondary education in Networking, CCNP, CCSP, CISM, and a CCNA certifications desired.

Experience: (Years / Type)
5 Years of LAN Switching and Routing – Catalyst / Nexus Support
Skills:
Advanced LAN Switching/Routing Experience

1+ years of Wireless (WLAN) experience.
