Positions Day to Day Responsibilities/Project Details (size, scale, scope)
Pure IT technical
Draft set of standards and template of design
Business requirements of OT systems need is done and turned into IT design
Development converting existing facilities to set standards
Produce plan from 3 year turn over to engineer separate and second role that will be coming in next month
Cisco Network architecture switches (350 based supplying), smaller distro switches,
Wireless
Checkpoint 3200 firewall doing routing
Windows based OS (2012)
Server architecture
Storage array
Virtualization VM Ware
Leaning towards Solar winds Orion as online
Radius server managing
Support evaluation of additional platform to help manage
Network design needs to be finished in 6 9 months
Design and implement standards
Would look for OT and process
What are the top 3 MUST HAVE requirements of the position
1. Strong network and security principals knowledge
2. Cisco Routing and Firewall knowledge (CCNA, CCISP would be preferred)

Client Job Description:
Evaluate existing ICS network infrastructure using available documentation and site visits
Gather business requirements for ICS networking improvements & future installations
Develop a 3 year plan to migrate existing ICS networks to standardized design
Finalize draft standards for Mosaics ICS environments using industry standards and best practices
Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to: Network & Server Architecture, DMZ, Secure Remote Access, Asset Risk Management and Disaster Recovery Plans, Layer 2 & 3 switching and routing protocols VLAN and IP Segmentation
Highly proficient in planning and designing Cisco Network Infrastructures and the ability to review audits with Mosaic IT
Familiar with VMware, storage area network, network attached storage, Active Directory systems and structured cabling
