Job Description :
Dynamic Interactive Business Systems Inc is looking for a Network Application Engineer for its Direct Client in Chicago, IL.

Requirements: -

Expert level understanding/execution of Performance, Analyzing, Monitoring and Tuning.
Ability to sit down with the product team and collect Requirements.
Ability to work with application developers/architects/leads to and tune the applications for optimal performance.
Ability to articulate application performance characteristics to non-technical users.
Scaling, Stability, monitoring tools, tuning and Network Performance/Capacity Analysis, Application Performance Tuning, etc.

Our client uses the following toolsets: -

1. Yardi

Purpose: -
Browser-based client and property management that serves as the core application software for the Housing Choice Voucher, Public Housing and Project-Based leased housing.
The system serves as the central repository of housing unit, and resident data, and interfaces with several client-related applications, including HOP, RMTS, eMIMs, and


Purpose: -
The hosted solution on’s servers is used for two purposes.
In the client’s program, the system tracks call center interactions, records case notes and facilitates customer service through escalation protocol and other event tracking mechanisms.
In Resident Services the system is used as a case management system by service providers to track client progress towards goals.

3. Cisco IVR

Purpose: -
Customer interaction management solution.

4. Microsoft SharePoint

Purpose: -
SharePoint is a set of tools, services, and development environment by Microsoft for online productivity.
SharePoint can be used for many purposes such as web based collaboration, application development, internet and intranet sites.

5. KnowledgeLake Enterprise Content Management System

Purpose: -
This solution leverages the SharePoint platform and consists of KnowledgeLake (Connect, Imaging and Capture Server, Unify and Xbound
The solution has increased customer service delivery and operational efficiencies by providing rapid, intuitive records search and retrieval capability as well as providing an integrated means to scan, capture, store, manage and retain information assets across departments in the Authority.

6. Infor/Lawson ERP System

Purpose: -
Integrated planning system containing Client’s Financial, Human Resources, Payroll and Procurement data.
