Understanding of Active Directory and Group Policies
Knowledge of scripting and automation
Good knowledge of Server operating systems like Windows and Linux
Good to Have:
F5 Load balancer LTM GTM APM administration and management
Experience on any migration experience from legacy Farm to newer Citrix versoin
Experience of supporting large Global Farms with multiple zones
Experience in creating and maintaining SOPs to run offshore operations
Experience in handling Escalated issues including coordination with multiple teams and vendor
Knowledge of ITIL Framework

Roles & Responsibilities
Citrix administration
Implement changes to the environment as per approved change requests.
Documenting the change activities being performed on the system.
Coordinate and collaborate with other team members to ensure
availability, reliability, and scalability of organizational servers to meet business
demand
Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems.
Performing routine audits of systems and software.
Performing system backups using approved system software.
Preparing the incident report / root cause analysis reports
Applying system patches
Answering technical queries of business users and work to fix the issues being faced by them.
System performance tuning.
Troubleshooting any reported issues applying approved processes
Work in global environment and interface with teams across time zones to support the systems
