NetCool Subject Matter Expert
Orlando, FL
6 month Contract to Hire
On site required.
Responsible for the development and maintenance of enterprise NetCool network management system administration.
Requires a bachelor’s degree and/or at least 8 years of comparable hands-on experience (military, etc) in the field or related area.
This role requires proficiency with the advanced engineering and administration of multiprotocol routers, multilayer switches, network security devices and network management systems.
Possesses one or more industry standard certifications including (or comparable to) Cisco CCNA, CCNP; Aruba ACMA/P, ACMX etc.
ITIL familiarity expected.
Working knowledge of a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of self-directed tasks. May lead and direct the work of others.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Must be familiar with managed services concepts within an outsourcing environment.
