Interview Process: 1st step30-45 min Phone Screen then 2nd step-F2F
With team members on his team and the contractors they are using for Net Suite that are implementing platform.
Then if they are good fit will extend an offer hoping to get this interview process done in same week. They did have an offer out but HR took to long and candidate was off market. They are back at square 1.
This Net Suite Admin will be the first one on team and overseeing everything. They need to have financials and distribution experience.

Purpose of Job :
ERP Analysts work with Project Managers, Development Managers, Technical architects, other Analysts and Developers on business requirements, application design/technical specifications, development, and establishes unit test reviews and related hand off to QA; The ERP Analyst role is responsible for ensuring that business requirements are properly addressed utilizing existing ERP functionality whenever possible and should have an in depth understanding of ERP configuration and design. Responsible for learning the tools and development processes within the IB environment through training and on the job experiences. Responsible for assisting in analyzing and developing information processing solutions, self-motivated and driven toward timely project completion and overall customer satisfaction.
Job Components :
Performs configuration and maintenance of the ERP system. Configures and assists developers with the customization of programs to provide solutions to the enterprise. Provides research, support, and data analysis for users in the enterprise. Participates in and leads projects to implement, test and design ERP Systems and applications to ensure the system is meeting enterprise needs. Sets deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitors progress for the ERP system. Develops design doc/functional specifications.
Qualifications :
o Requires a bachelor''s degree in area of specialty
o Familiar with a variety of the field''s concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
o Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
o Demonstrates ability to lead medium to large projects
o Ability to mentor others on the team. Performs a wide variety of complicated tasks
o A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required
o Typically reports to a supervisor or manager
o 4+ years proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using PL/SQL and SQL in an Oracle environment
o Proficiency in Microsoft Project a plus
