Job Description:
Agency is looking to hire 1 Technical Architect to work with staff for the purpose of analyzing, developing and testing for all aspects of legacy support as well as the DMV systems modernization initiatives.
Based on a set of business requirements the programmer will be required to define the data requirements, write application specifications and design for the Powerbuilder and .net processing. New programs will be written and/or existing programs modified in Powerbuilder or .net based on the design. Unit testing for each module is required as well as writing test plans for the integration and QA test. When testing is completed the developer will be required to migrate the programs to the production environment and perform post production validation of the implementation.
Candidates should have at least 60 months experience and a majority of the following should apply:
