Description:
Strong Salesforce Lightening experience required including implementation in at least 1 or more projects
8-12 years of development experience with Salesforce (Apex coding, Visual page dev, defect resolution, etc and UI related coding technologies, Strong JavaScript and Visualforce experience required
Hands on experience in Salesforce.com CRM integration, developing and deploying custom integration solutions.
Possess knowledge of CRM processes like Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Customer Support, Business processes and recommended solutions to improve their processes using salesforce.com.
Experience working across various SFDC implementations covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Call center, Chatter.
Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing
Desire to learn additional in-demand applications on the Salesforce platform
Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience.
Ability to work collaboratively in a creative, Agile environment and manage multiple task assignments
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Full SDLC experience implementing Salesforce or other CRM platforms (Oracle Sales Cloud, SAP CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, etc
Familiarity with security concepts (authentication , authorization, encryption, digital signature, SSL, web service proxies, firewall, SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0)
