Description:
It is a Business Analyst and must have Food & Beverage industry experience.
. 6 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent experience
. Must have experience working in arenas, venues, food & beverage or within the hospitality sector
. Must have experience with process mapping / process re-engineering
. Expert level knowledge of Visio and Microsoft Office Suite of products
. Experience with the software development life cycle is required, preferably Agile and Waterfall methodologies
. Ability to work in a high pressure environment solving critical issues with business impact
. Able to perform multiple tasks and adjust priorities based on workload or direction from management or customer
. Strong analytical ability related to analysis of functional business processes and application trouble shooting
. Experience in business process documentation and reengineering
. Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
. A Bachelor''s degree in Business (or Management), Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required
