Position: Supplier Compliance Mgmt Analyst
Location: Columbus, OH
Duration: 12 months (possible extension)


Job Description
This position will be responsible for providing support to the US IT Procurement & Supplier Management team through contract compliance, auditing and governance.
Knowledgeable in IT hardware, software and service agreement industry standards/best practices
Through analysis and reporting, will be able to identify risks relating to Suppliers or contracts.
This role will support the supplier management team acting as liaison to the legal team, and is responsible for the complete contract compliance lifecycle management.
This position also has oversight for the supplier scorecard process, risk analysis and review, supplier dashboards and profiles.
Responsible for software license tracking and reconciliation.

Responsibilities
Supplier & Contract management and Data Maintenance
Manage Governance process for Compliance
Management database content management
Design and develop reporting from the Compliance Management database
Supplier/Contract analysis in support of the Supplier management team, key initiatives, gap analysis, and supplier compliance to contract terms
Develop audit process for key supplier contract requirements and terms
Software License tracking and reconciliation
Development and oversight of Supplier Risk program: Reporting, Risk Register, Risk Mitigation
Manage administration of team metrics/measurements, status reports and tracking action items
Content administrator for Team SharePoint site and Document Management Center (DMC) user group maintenance
Maintenance of Restaurant Technology Pricing, in collaboration with SMEs, USCG, RTB Economic Sub-team
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or legal related field of study
Extremely thorough and detailed oriented
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to analyze contracts for key terms and provisions
Knowledgeable in IT hardware, software and service agreement industry standards/best practices
Proficient in Excel
Skilled at drawing conclusions from data utilizing tools such as pivot tables
Capable of organizing data in a logical manner
Demonstrated ability to self-start, determining work steps based on management direction
Analytical, creative innovative approach to problem solving
Ability to partner and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
SharePoint Site Administration
