Need a Sr. SAS Developer in Harrisburg, PA

Rate: $52-55.00/hr (this a right-to-Hire after one year contract, client will not do sponsorship.
Duration: 12+ months then right to hire.
Interview: Phone/Skype (Must have excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

* Development and implementation of reports and reporting solutions
* Serves as a consultant, researcher, problem solver, advisor, liaison and developer for the implementation of reporting solutions
* Maintenance and enhancement of existing reports, dashboards, and related information delivery solutions
* Troubleshooting and timely resolution of reporting related production issues
* Work closely with customers to translate business requirements into technical specifications
* Ability to organize, prioritize and work on multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards

Needs to be very strong in SAS

Qualifications/Software Knowledge

* Strong SAS programming skills (Enterprise Guide, Office Analytics ODS Scripting)
* Strong SQL skills
* Microsoft BI (Sharepoint, SSRS, SSIS, PowerPivot)
* Relation Databases (Sysbase, Netezza, Oracle)
* Degree in Computer Science or related filed and/or 3+ years of developer experience
* Visual Basic / VBA
* Experience in Health Insurance Industry
