Job title: IBM ECM Filene (Support Lead)
Location: Plano, TX
Duration: Long term contract

Competencies: Netegrity SiteMinder, IBM FileNet, EMC - Documentum

Exp: 6 - 8

Essentials:
MS or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field with minimum 5 years’ experience
Working knowledge of the following technologies: o Firewall Rules, Networking, Application Servers, Web Servers, Active Directory, ADAM (LDS), LDAP, Windows, UNIX
Ability to manage setup and configuration of Policy servers, Web agents, Secure Proxy Server • Ability to resolve or manage SiteMinder production issues
Experience on configuring federated applications on SiteMinder using SAML 2.0 or WSFED, both as service provided and identity provider.
Ability to monitor performance metrics and tune the system.
Strong experience with one or more directories, including Active Directory, Sun Directory Server, or CA Directory
Working Knowledge of programming language like Java, J2E etc.
Must have hands on deployment experience with CA products
Strong oral and written communication skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
Ability to travel up to 25% preferred.

Role:
Experience developing web applications for IBM Web-Sphere application server 8.x / 9x
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle. ITIL certification would be great if you have it.
Experience with design, development, testing, delivery, and support of FileNet P8 5.0 Workplace XT solutions
Participates in business requirements gathering sessions ( JAD ) and technical review sessions
Proposes and assists in the implementation of new architectural solutions to Enterprise Architect
Documents design and architectural solutions
Proposes business process improvements for document retention and workflows
Designs, develops and administers various FileNet-based workflows
Provides capture solutions for various WSSC business units for scanning and storage of critical documents
Configures, maintains and supports content engine, application engine and document management platforms
Troubleshoots production problems
Reviews trace and system logs; works with product service providers to resolve issues and open PMR’s
Ensures application is meeting Service Level Agreement ( SLA ) metrics
Manages the change process for the application(s) supported
Works with the development and quality assurance teams when application enhancements are required or bugs are found
Communicates technical issues to product and project managers

Management consulting experience
Project management experience working with big data technologies in the Cloud or similar technologies
