Job Description:

Additional Responsibilities of the Business Analyst Include:

Establish trusted relationship and support of the CRM development team, support team and business users.
Co-ordinate user acceptance testing by coordinating with appropriate testers, support creating scripts and documenting and resolving problems in coordination with developers
Assist in creating and executing functional, unit, integration and regression and end to end test plans, ensuring traceability back to the original business requirements.
Obtain and maintain a working knowledge of upstream and downstream applications that consume CRM data across business units.

Required Skills/Experience:

Degree in Computer Science, Math or Business Information Systems strongly preferred.
3-5+ years’ experience in adopting various Business Analysis methodologies
Proficiency in the use of all applications in the Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
Knowledge of various data types and an understanding of data models. Knowledge of data exchange standards and file formats.
