Cisco ICM scripting and CVP, Nuance or Calabrio or Salesforce CTI – Or – Any third party contact center Application

Lead Telecom Engineer must have:
7+ years technical telecom experience in a contact center environment
3+ years technical experience with Cisco contact center platforms (UCCE, PCCE or CCX)
2+ years technical experience with Nuance speech recognition
Knowledge/experience with third party contact center applications such as Calabrio QM and WFM and Salesforce CTI
Strategic planning for platform health and growth


Sr Telecom Engineer
5+ years technical telecom experience in a contact center environment
3+ years technical experience with Cisco contact center platforms (UCCE, PCCE or CCX)
Exposure/knowledge/experience with third party contact center applications such as Nuance, Calabrio QM and WFM and Salesforce CTI
