Title : Senior Contact Center Engineer
Duration : Approx. 7.5 months
Location :Dayton, OH
Mode of Interview : Phone/Skype

Nature of Work:
· Nuance ASR/TTS experience

· Cisco UCCE, ICM, & CVP experience

· Driven self-starter who is proficient at troubleshooting and resolution of Contact Center application issues

· Nuance Automated Speech Recognition/Text to Speech (ASR/TTS)
· Cisco UCCE 10.5 or above
· ICM/CVP Scripting
· SIP

REQUIREMENT EXPLANATION
1. Associate’s Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required
2. A minimum of five (5) years of contact center engineering experience is required
3. Advanced computer and networking skills
4. Microsoft Office proficient (including Visio)
5. Traditional Telephony Fundamentals
6. Understanding of traditional telephony principles, including PSTN and TDM, call control, signaling (such as SS7)
7. Traffic engineering
8. LEC and IXC features and service offerings
9. Communication skills
10. Ability to work independently and within a team environment
