Job Description:

Summary of Responsibilities:

Client is looking for a Lead Business Systems Analyst with recent experience in Investments and Asset Management projects to work in the Investments IT Projections, Performance & Attribution and Scenario Management Organization. The organization is responsible for providing technology and process engineering solutions for Performance and Attribution reporting, and Income and Asset Projections, and Scenario Management throughout the Enterprise.

The candidate will be responsible for creating the following deliverables for projects:

Project Charters/Plans, Business Requirements and Functional Specification Documents, Conceptual Design, Use Case and Requirements Traceability Matrix, Data Analysis and Modeling, Data Dictionary and various Test Plans, Test Cases and Metrics.

KEY SKILLS:

Data Analysis, Portfolio Management Reporting System, Asset Classes, Fixed Income Analytics, Stress testing, SQL, Data Mapping

Principal Responsibilities:

1. Interface with the portfolio managers, sector-specialists, middle- and back-office on the multi-year implementation of Projections, Performance and Attribution, and Scenario Management systems

2. Conduct requirements elicitation sessions and develop high-quality requirements-related deliverables such as use cases, functional requirements documents, and various requirements- analysis models, along with user acceptance test plans.

3. Technical design / solution development (augmentation)

4. Partner coordination among distributed work teams

5. Project planning and management

6. Adhere to Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes and Client’s Change Management standards

7. Anticipate and manage issues and risks

8. Lead and mentor junior team members in business and requirements knowledge

9. Coordinate with internal IT areas, Operations, Product and Finance Groups, and document technical and business solutions
