JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities Required:
5+ years of development experience with Apex and Visual Force. Experience with Force.com is a plus.
Salesforce Development/Customizations (APEX, Visual Force, API, Workflows)
Expertise implementing in Sales, Service and Community Cloud
Salesforce administration, release management and deployment expertise
Complete understanding of Integration Patterns and how best to leverage
Experience with management of Salesforce.com sandboxes, including their integrations
Admin and Platform Development I & II Certifications
Excellent knowledge of Salesforce products and licensing models
Fluency in Salesforce.com best practices, support mechanisms, procedures and limitations is required
Ability to design with extensibility and reusability in mind
Ability to interact with Michelin Integration and Business users to understand requirements to translate into clear design specifications and configurations/code for the Salesforce platform
Proficiency in analyzing complex systems and troubleshooting/isolating system issues
Thorough understanding of and a proponent of Agile practices
Knack for working independently as well as in a team environment
Experience in mentoring junior SFDC developers
Talent for learning quickly and listening closely
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills so his/her thoughts are clearly and quickly understood by all stakeholders
Co-location with team in Greenville, SC
Preferred:
Lightning and Lightning Component experience
Experience with Chatter, Communities and other Salesforce apps
System Architect and Application Architect certifications a big plus
Agile Accelerator user/advocate
Strong configuration management skills
Aptitude to influence at all levels of the organization
