Job Description :
Location: United States - California - San Francisco

Key Responsibilities:
Apply the state of the art machine learning algorithms to ad technology, that includes CTR modeling, keyword optimization and online bidding algorithm
Drive feature engineering and experimentation to improve model performance with a large set of proprietary data on user web behavior and social network
Design and architecture the data science product roadmap
Lead or actively participate in key initiative stand-ups, proactively advising on opportunities to apply and the best approach to apply the underlying algorithms
Collaborate with others in data science and analytics on data mining and predictive modeling as required
Job Qualifications:
5+ years of work experience developing machine learning models and algorithms related to ad technology like SEM/SEO, computational advertising and RTB ad platform
Authoritative model development and deployment skills, particularly in machine learning, operations research and optimization
Good experience in translating a complex quantitative analysis into actionable and testable recommendations
Excellent software development tool set that includes but are not limited to database, parallel computing and model deployment
Proficiency with data science tools like Python, R, Hadoop/Spark and Scala
Sound business judgment and communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills as a leader on teamwork, initiative and integrity
PhD in operations research, machine learning, computer science, physics, financial economics or an equivalent quantitative field from a top tier school, or Master with relevant industrial experience
Passion around live sports and the live entertainment industry is strongly preferred
