Job Duties & Responsibilities
Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication with Students enrolled with our training programs.
Build rapport and help students in course selection in accordance with their interest and market demand. Plan, organize and oversee training curriculum for students.
Coach, motivate and manage the students through your presence in the office.
Conduct regular meetings with Students, Trainers and other staff. Handle day to day issues and one-on-ones meeting to address individual issues, conduct course corrections and ensure quality and goals are being met.
Plan, organize, and implement orientation program.
Excellent technical, written and verbal communication skills are required along with a creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
Actively listen to student concerns and challenges to efficiently identify solutions.
Should be a tech savvy person with exceptional organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
Hire Trainers to offer training Web Development (Java, .NET Etc), Business Intelligence (Bigdata/Hadoop), DevOps, Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, Oracle), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and SaleForce and many other technologies.
Assist Students to Prepare Resumes, Mentor them in interview attending skills
Work with trainer to build technology training labs. Provide Assignment to Students for them to practice and assist students to successfully complete Certifications.
Many other Technology Training Related Tasks.
Qualification
Individual shall have experience in Information Technology in Web development (Java, .NET etc), Quality Assurance ( SQA, HP QA tools or other QA Tools) or any of Business Intelligence tools (Informatica, COGNOS, Business Objects etc)
Exceptional Communication skill both Verbal and Written
Any Experience In Technology Training or IT Staffing Industry is Huge Plus
Experience in Technical Recruitment and Managing Training Program is Huge Plus
