SAP Functional Development Lead/Sr. Consultant
Required Skills: SAP SD, Conversions Experience Large Scale SAP Implementation experience
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The Functional Developer in the Sales and Distribution module is responsible for understanding requirements, creating designs, developing, testing, implementing, and documenting environment configuration and processes in the order to billing process stream. The Functional Developer is also responsible for coordinating configuration transport objects, in their specific functional area, and managing the change control process from the development through the production instance.

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with the business clients to translate requirements to configurable solutions
Perform analysis of existing SD configuration and processes (including customizations)
Develop the most efficient process solutions
Find and/or create specific test data
Execute all possible test conditions (success and error)
Coordinate with Basis team to ensure accurate deployment of transport objects
Create/update documentation as appropriate (process flows, architectural diagrams, config docs, functional specs)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Education or equivalent: BS in computer or related field

Qualifications / Skills Requirements:
Strong customer service and conflict management skills
8 or more years SD configuration experience
Experience creating Project ROM estimates
Experience in multiple SAP versions (4.6C, ECC5, ECC6)
Experience in multiple large scale SAP implementations
Experience in Working on complex Conversion objects
Understand SAP Transport Management process
Knowledge of Medical Products Distribution business is important
SAP Certification is a plus
ABAP Development skills is a plus
Ability to multi-task
Good coordination and organizational skills
Strong command of the English language, both oral and written

SAP SD - Pricing Functional Consultant
Accountabilities in this role
Performs assessments and listens to internal/ external customers to understand and anticipate their needs and determine their priorities in the context of the overall enterprise.
Helps build business knowledge within the IT organization and helps educate business users on functional processes.
Responsible for translating business requirements into functional/ technical specifications.
Responsible for maintaining relationships with the business and driving standard business process across the Enterprise.
Demonstrates ability to deliver complex process enhancements, solution optimization and issue resolution in Pricing and Vistex areas
Demonstrates knowledge of business processes and functions to provide sustainable IT solution.
Creates technical documentation and specifications for system components.
Participates in testing planning & execution.
Responsible for training and mentoring.
Helps manage Service Level Agreements, Business Process Monitoring/ KPIs and Support Metrics.
Understands diverse groups, ideas and basic roles/ responsibilities within the organization.
Qualifications
Basic functional knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution including Order Management, and Billing; Finance, Purchasing, and integration across modules and applications is strongly desired
SAP Implementation or Support experience in Pricing and Vistex functionalities including functional and technical understanding of interfacing technologies is a must
Should have implemented Consignment process.
Experience in EDI transactions, IDoCs processing, MFT/ SQL and, workflow processing or ecommerce is additional advantage
Bachelor''s degree, preferably in related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience required in business analysis or application support.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
