Position: SAP- HCM Functional Consultant
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 6+Months

For this position client: "Mphasis"

SAP HCM Consultant capable of handling & communicating with the client for various business needs in SAP-HCM
4 – 6 Years of experience in SAP HCM functional area
Knowledge of ESS/MSS is a must.
Knowledge of US benefits and US payroll is mandatory.
Basic knowledge of PA and OM modules of SAP HR.
Hand on experience is supporting RICEF objects and Functional specs.
Immediate joiners would be helpful.
Work experience/understanding of PI interfaces is an added advantage.
Good Communication skills, should understand US accent.
Capable of analyzing requirements.
Should have worked in the area of Production Support.
