Need Help Desk/System Administrator with strong MAC help desk experience
Location: Irvine, CA
Duration: 6 Months +
Rate: Open on c2c or 1099 all inclusive


The most important skill is for them to have strong MAC help desk experience. 80 % of the users at the client are using MACs.

Provide technical assistance to computer users and answer questions and resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, email, and operating systems.

Install, configure, and support office WIFI, firewalls, gateways, virus detection protection systems and monitor availability and their performance. May provision/de-provision users, purchase equipment and administer security measures.

We expect you to have experience with most of the following technologies:

Mac, Cloud Provisioning, Information Security, SalesForce, Netsuite, G-Suite, VoIP, Adobe, MSOffice/Office 365, GoToMeeting, Slack, and good written and oral communications skills.

You must be able to climb ladders and crawl under office furniture when needed for wiring purposes. You may have to work after hours support on a rotating schedule.


CREDENTIALS AND EXPERIENCE:
5 + years technical expertise/experience
BS degree in computer information systems or equivalent experience
Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and offer effective solutions under tight deadlines
