Need HRIS Analyst with Oracle Taleo OTBI (Only GC or USC)

5-7 years experience A strong background in system configuration, SaaS, and process design is strongly preferred. Knowledge of Kronos time management, Oracle Fusion and Taleo Applicant Tracking structure, design, and use is preferred. This position will perform varied analytical and technical assignments related to the operation of various HR systems. Strong skills and experience in reporting, SQL, Oracle OTBI, Interfacing/SFTP and System Integration experience. 20% Process design and improvement. This role will work directly with business leaders, end users, vendors, technical resources, and various stakeholders. 40% Basic monitoring of system and application performance and troubleshoot or escalate issues as needed. Audits HRIS systems for accuracy and daily maintenance activities, documents system changes, policies, and procedures to ensure standardization and efficiency of system workflows and provide assistance to Manager of HRIS. Maintains HR system tables. 10% Gather and define requirements, configuration of standard applications, gap analysis and design, application testing and end user support. 10% Participate in basic review and analysis of business requirements and the configuration, mapping, and management of processes. 20% Create and maintain analytical dashboards via various data sources and assist with ad hoc analytic data requests. Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
