Responsible for offering performance testing/engineering services for projects/releases and hands-on experience required.
Analyze and Offer solutions for critical software & infrastructure performance bottlenecks: Work with Developers/Architect/Network/Environment support/DBA''s closely to identify bottlenecks and suggest tuning opportunities to improve code base performance, configuration optimization (web/app/db servers), algorithm redesign, architecture redesign, reduce resource consumption and shorten network latency
Define Web Performance Best Practices and Rules for large scale high traffic web applications
Tool Expertise – Load Runner, Performance Center, VSTS Performance Center, AppDynamics, Fiddler, HTTPWatch, Omniture, Splunk, Perfmon etc
Responsible for end to end delivery of all performance projects
Process Skills:
Capable of analyzing requirements and develop software as per project defined software process
Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)
Behavioural Skills:
