Job Description :
                                                                             3-4 years minimum in desktop support or administration experience of providing customer service over the telephone / email / in person.
Experience:
 Expert knowledge of desktop software and hardware support, troubleshooting and resolution
 Ability to produce business standard documentation related to implementation, testing and Self-help guides
 SCCM,Active Directory, MS Windows desktop / laptop build and maintenance, Remote access
 Expertise in MS Office product functionality including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
 Good working knowledge of Windows 7, Outlook, IE11
 Understands terminology in area of expertise
 Performs complex tasks in area of expertise
 Backup and restore processes
 IT security best practices
 Networking fundamentals, DHCP/DNS, TCP/IP, FTP, software updates etc.
 Windows 7 roll-out and roll-out techniques e.g. scripting, ghost
