Need BSA with CRM, EBS, Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle CPQ Cloud, SQL, Tableau, OBIEE, EDI (Only USC and GC’s)
Location: Portland, OR
Start: 2-4 weeks
Client prefers local or regional resource. Will provide some relocation for out-of-town resource.
Salary: client wants to discuss salary.
Hourly rate if Contract to perm: $80/hr on corp to corp or 1099 all inc.


We are in search of a BSA for our client in Portland, OR. This person would be responsible for ensuring the daily issues are resolved by the outsourced Oracle support partner, suggesting new/improved ways to use the applications, eliciting and documenting data and system requirements, incorporating upstream and downstream impacts into system changes, creating technical documentation to clearly communicate system changes to the support partner, and providing guidance and support to the business for testing and documentation of changes.


Major activities:
Own and develop a strong working relationship with business counterparts (people reporting to the business lead)
Manage business expectations to help them focus on the needed requirements
Help the business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support that future
Advocate for the business using systems to help automate business processes
Educate business on best use of standard functionality to address business needs
Elicit, organize and document clear requirements from the business team
Identify, explore, document, and report all options to address a business need, including pros/cons of each option that will assist in the decision process
Validate requirements are successfully met with system configuration and or enhancements
Guide the business to create and execute test scenarios that effectively confirm a configuration or enhancement really meets the needs
Understand upstream and downstream impacts of changes in their defined area
Drive discussions with other affected groups to address upstream and downstream impacts for the ultimate purpose of defining an acceptable solution for all groups
Lead the business to effectively document changes into their overall business process
Translate requirements from business language to system language (liaison between business and support partner functional lead)
Understand the data usage in their business groups
Help IT Applications Business Partner capture and document data elements and definitions
Document new and changed reporting requirements and share them with the functional lead and technical team
Test all functional changes (configuration, new solutions, reports) prior to business testing
Escalate issues that prevent decision making or execution of system or process changes
Assist Wipro functional support leads with issue resolution
Follow all SOX and IT policies for initiating and documenting system changes
Escalate any identified policy or system configuration risks to IT Applications Business Partner or Applications Technology Lead
Drive business decisions and changes in all areas of Leads to Order cycle
Develop specifications and assist in development and maintenance of interfaces between eBS and other internal and external systems including CRM, EDI, GTM


Required Skills/Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology
Experience working with Order Management module of Oracle eBS
Experience with CRM technologies.
Experience developing specifications and assisting in development and maintenance of interfaces between CRM, EBS and other external systems
Experience working in an Integrated systems
Demonstrable leadership and facilitation skills
Business case development, including cost/benefit analysis
Good expectation setting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good understanding of the end to end business process and their area’s impact on that process
Expertise working with outsourced/offshore partners
Experience working with global teams across geographies

Nice-to-have Skills/Experience

Experience in the Semiconductor Industry
Experience with Oracle Sales Cloud and Oracle CPQ Cloud (formerly Big Machines)
Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, OBIEE
Familiarity with EDI order and sales order acknowledgement transactions
