Need Avaya Engineers with Good Communication in Summit NJ /F2F interview is required

Location: Summit NJ
Interview: Phone followed F2F interview
Rate: $55-60/hr on C2C or 1099 basis.
6 months

They must have strong experience with Session manager, Border controls and SIP Trucking.

Provide Tier 3 design, implementation, and support Telecom environment. Complete projects related to providing efficient computing capabilities to employees.
Key duties and responsibilities
IP Telephony Design and Implementation – Including provisioning of circuit cards, trunking and VoIP phones
Plan and maintain the highly technical, logical configuration of phone system technologies
Looks for optimal balance of telecom cost reduction and end user functionality
Translate core understanding of telecom vendor products into specific implementable solutions and as applicable oversee implementation of those solutions.
Work with multiple Tier 1 telecom vendors on a variety of products and service (SIP trunking, MPLS, Voice, IP, ISDN, Hosting, Wireless/Mobility, Fiber etc.
Collaborate with outside vendors/project leads to provide knowledge of voice technologies to ensure successful implementations of new or changed systems
Investigate alternatives and research development of strategic implementations of voice and network components; recommends Telecom solutions for short-, medium-, and long-range network projects

Technical Requirements

Advanced knowledge and experience with Avaya Media Server Platforms including Multi-Carrier Cabinets G-Series Gateways, S-Series Gateways, LSP and ESS systems.
Advanced knowledge and experience with Avaya Communications Manager Software, including CMS Reporting (admin and design), Call Accounting and Call Recording Software systems.
IP Telephony Design and Implementation – Including provisioning of circuit cards, trunking and VoIP phones
Advanced knowledge of circuit provisioning, testing and troubleshooting
Advanced Enterprise and Call Center Architecture Design
Advanced call center ACD experience
Advanced Inbound and Outbound call routing and dial plan design
Experience with IVR connectivity and design
Experience with CTI Installations
Experience with Work Force Management Systems and Monitoring Solutions
Experience with Microsoft Unified Messaging Systems and Skype for Business
Avaya Audix and Modular Messaging Voicemail administration
Structured Cabling and Construction Principles
including Power, LAN Cabling , Fiber Optic and Demarcation Extensions

Education, Experience, and Skill Required:
5-7 years of IT Telecom Experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent project management skills Desirable Qualifications:
Avaya Certified Specialist (ACS)
Avaya Certified Expert (ACE)
