Roles & Responsibilities
APIGEE Lead with excellent Technical Skills to propose right solution, track the dependencies in a large program, interact with stake holders to close the dependencies, resolve complex technical issues, guide junior developers etc.
o Guide\help in resolving technical issues assigned to production support team
o Propose & implement productivity improvements for the production support team
o Defining overall API architecture, API implementations, integration and deployment of API management platforms.
o Implementing API Best Practices and Performance Tuning
o Create and modify technical design documents and technical specifications.
o Support the Program Manager to manage Large Program execution.
o Coordinate activities with project stakeholders from Development Teams, offshore team, internal groups, Middleware, DBA and other technical groups
Coordinating installation, configuration, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and quick resolution of problems of the most complex nature
