All Jack of all trades

Locations:

2 resources in Huntsville, AL (1 with some Network Exp would be ideal)
2 resources in Albuquerque, NM
1 resource in Kings Bay, GA
1 resource in Sunnyvale, CA

MUST HAVE:

1. Good communication skills
2. Worked with WIN 10
3. Hardware and software support of desktops and laptops
4. Worked with SCCM (Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager)
5. Familiar with different ticketing systems
6. Have or in the process of acquiring security +
7. This position requires DOD security + clearance or must be well into the process

Job Summary:
Installs, maintains, and supports personal computing devices and associated peripherals for the organization''s employees.

Job Duties:
Configures and installs hardware or software that supports critical business needs. Involved in the installation and rollout of new software packages in Windows 10 environments among others, upgrades, and new desktop hardware including MS System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM
Familiarity with ticketing systems.
Sets up and connects to peripheral equipment, including printers and scanners, and troubleshoots and resolves malfunctions.
Receives and addresses service requests from individual end users or from the help desk.
Maintains inventory of parts or components, tracks progress of service requests and updates ticketing systems, and logs repairs and services performed.

Experience and Education:
Performs work with a high degree of latitude.
Handles the most complex issues.
Possesses expert knowledge of subject matter.
Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to subordinate group.
May act as lead or first-level supervisor.

Reports to: Typically reports to a department head or manager.
