MUST HAVE CLINICAL TRIAL EXPERIENCE.
I think someone who is a bit closer to our world of clinical studies and who has some scripting and “data munging” experience with python (or possibly other tools, R would be a better fit.
Need for 2 Python programmers.
They originally needed SAS programmers but didn’t have the licenses so are moving forward in Python. It is supporting a Data Management group that does data sets but not clinical trials.
We have a homegrown system and potentially could do QC outside of the system while we continue to work on the system itself. It would involve setting up programs to cross-check content between datasets as well as internal logic checks within the dataset itself.
Much of it will be repetitive as we extract a lot of the same data and then do some minor adjustments.
We’ll want to bring in candidates who are on the heavier experience side (Python scripts), particularly with working with others in developing scripts rather than alone.
