We are seeking a qualified partner to assist with our development of our natural language processing (NLP We are looking to support our Customer Experience Platform and develop a single NLP to be used across multiple channels such as Interactive Voice Response, Virtual Personal Assistants, Chat Bots and more. The expectation is to provide development resources who can interact with our business resources to gather requirements and execute on those requirements. This resource will be expected to work within our Scaled Scrum framework.
Project would revolve around connecting devices to Alexa or Siri-like voice command systems for a Utilities Company in the Energy industry.
